Cancellation Policy

• We require 30 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a $5.00 service Fee for all cancellations.
• All Reservations require 50% payment of the reservation total at the time of booking.
• Reservations are to be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival date.
• Any Cabins that are found over occupancy will be charged $150.00 per day.
• All guest must be over 25 to check-in all cabins

And finally, a bit of fine print about Leakey Springs Cabins:

• We're open year round...
• There's a minimum 2-night reservation (and 3 nights over summer and all holidays).
  Summer is the Friday before Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• There's a $20 charge on returned checks.
• There's a hotel tax of 6%
• Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is at 11am
• For your peace and quiet, there are no room telephones!
• We allow pets up to 15 lbs on leashes, no more than 2 per cabin and a charge of $10 per day per pet.
• Please confirm your reservation with us... and let us know immediately if there's an error!
• Wi-Fi and Direct TV signal are not guaranteed during your stay due to the Service Area of the hill Country.
